From my experience that stuff goes for waaay more than scrap sometimes. Especially the brass shells. You can occasionally find a steal, but always be leery when basing your bids soley on the pictures. We have looked at a few lots in person and they like to take pics of the good stuff and conveniently most of the stuff on the bottom is lower grade scrap. Another problem is the people that are running it are inept morons. But hey...that can be said about the government in general.
