What do you call this tool?

    What do you call this tool?

    I am trying to find a tool on CL that they use at my,scrap yard. I would call it a metal shear. It is a powered floor unit stands about 3-1/2 feet tall and they use it to cut copper pipe. It has a slicing jaw much like pruning shears do but of course much more substantial.

    I'd love to be able to cut down my copper and aluminum more easily for transport.
