he has already talked to the yard and secured a .50 per pound price at 95% Ali with the yard taking it down to manageable size, we just get it there mostly clean. most of the hard work is already done, just little things left. I think he is trying to get over on someone, not going to be me. I would hate to have to have to take him to court and have that money tied up till i get a judgement, he is a real estate agent so he is a professional con artist in my opinion. if anything does happen with this job there will be a noterized contract before I touch anything.
