Hi guys,
been scrapping now for 7yrs, started off collecting copper offcuts from work sites back when i was an apprentice plumber to nowadays running around picking up anything with a resell-able or scrap-able value. currently have my backyard setup looking like a scrapyard to which the landlords are not too happy, would eventually like to operate a proper scrap yard(fingers crossed).
Currently collecting any ferrous and non ferrous materials,
mainly targeting microwaves, big motors, copper definitely copper and a wide range of any ferrous and non ferrous materials.
Favorite tools are hammer, Multi grips and my trusty dewalt drill.
Im from Australia so my lingo maybe different to yours but we all talk the same language, Scrap.
Whoever thought up of a forum this good is a genius, i am keen on learning as much as i can from you guys and hopefully throw a bit of knowledge your way.
James
