hi freonjoe, scrappy, i am in monterrey, there are a lot smallish/tough to deal with ones.
im trying to learn and make business at the same time, i am director of Desarrolladora Aurix, SA de CV, we primarily are land developers, but we have partners that produce construction rebar, and we´ve seen the necessity to buy scrap for our partners...so thats the main reason im here...looking to learn about and buy scrap for rebar...
