That 400lbs will become 200 lbs once stripped give or take. Keep that in mind.
You _A: turn in as is 400 lbs x your yards wire price. Saving you x amount of time to look for other scrap.
B: invest in a
wire stripper deduct cost of it along with the weight you're loosing when you strip it. - The time it takes to strip it all down.
If you don't have other sources or this is something you want to do as a one time thing strip it. If you have other sources of scrap either hold onto it until you have the time and need the money to sell it or sell as is and spend all that time you would be stripping ( no pun intended)... Looking for other sources.
Do whatever will make you the most. There is only so many hours in a day/ week. Make as much of them as you can.
