Hello from Rotterdam

I am from Rotterdam; from sometime I was thinking to start something on my own, worked a lot for other companies and in this depression time here in EU I would like to explore some possibilities to bring something on the table for my children. Rotterdam is biggest port of Europe, I thought maybe it will bring some credit to my envision.



I would request would you please help me to understand and start this venture ?
