Red face Greenhorn from southeastern wisconsin

Hi, id like to introduce myself. I'm pretty new at at this industry. I'm only 16, and a friend and i usually put ads on Craigslist for collecting un-wanted scrap. This week would be our first week of garbage picking because its big garbage week. And hopefully we'll bring a big haul in! We'd be communicating with CB radios, as one of us would be on one side of a subdivision, and the other on the opposite end.

My dad owns his own shop and when the time comes, my friend and i usually snag a few batteries and radiators to junk out. One haul we had about 5 batteries and two radiators and got about 160 dollars!

Enough about me, i guess! So for now im going to look around on here and see what i can find!

    Thanks!

Welcome to the forum. It's good to hear about a young person with ambition and inventive enough to think of using the CBs. Best of luck to you and I'm glad to see that you are going to spend some time reading the forum, it's a wealth of information.

Welcome, Green Bay here. Well technically DePere now, which is right outside Green Bay...But whose counting?

Fun fact-Lambeau Field is technically in Ashwaubenon, not GB, but people tend to overlook that little aspect...
