    New from MN

My name is Brandon and I am from Minnesota.. I live in the Eagan area and recently found a strong interest in scrapping.. I am very new but I have acquired a nice pile of stuff I need to strip down and haul in. This is my job, so what I make a week is my pay check. I used to deliver appliances for Sears but I was diagnosed with epilepsy and my boss told me he didn't feel safe with me working there anymore so I was let go and I decided to pick up scrapping.

I've been checking around locally and really dont get much scrap but I am doing what I can to put the food on the table for the kids and am doing okay so far..

In the process of getting a license so I can do forclosures and junk outs. Gonna be starting up my own business.. just looking for advice on it first.

Great forum with good info and helpful people. Ill be sticking around.

Welcome to the forum. Read the old threads they will get you on the right track. Several members include picking up appliances in their scrap business. Mike.
