Welcome to the forum. I will give you my standard advise, read, read, read. All your questions and most all the questions you should ask have been answered in the old threads. Start with the "sticky" threads then just go where you are interested. Look at the bottom of the thread for a list of similar threads. There is also a search feature that take some practice to the most out of it(advanced search)
