    New to forum from Canada

    Hello everyone

I'm a part timer with some upcoming opportunities. I'm from Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. Been scrapping for about 7 years now on and off. Started scraping as a way to reduce garbage from from having a family that frequents auctions. Its a hobby i enjoy and the proceeds are used to purchase the little extras in life i normally could not afford. Worked with lots of brass copper and aluminum. Have some experience with transformers up to the 3500lb range. and all sorts of wire. New to e-scrap just started collecting but not sure how to grade and sort. So i will definitely be spending some time reading. But i;m glad to have found this forum and hope i can share some knowledge as well as learn some new techniques.

    Jimmy

From one Winnipegger to another, Welcome.
Be sure to hold onto all of the higher value escrap items until you have enough volume to make it worthwhile to send to one of the buyers on this forum. Local prices for these are horrible, so don't let your efforts go undervalued.

PM me if you want to discuss further.
    Brent
