I'm in! - From North Carolina

Hello to all,

I've been reading and learning from your postings for a few months now. It all began with seeing a projection TV someone had put out at the curb in June. I knew there were good lenses to be found in there. After taking it apart and a quick trip to the internet to learn how to discharge the CRTs, I wondered what to do with the rest of the components. That lead me to the SMF and the incredible knowledge base to be discovered here. Today, I took my second load to the yard with 540lbs of metals from scrapping electronics. I feel I am now one of you in the SMF.



I'm in and I enjoy scrapping the same way some people like gardening as a hobby, the cash is nice too.
