hi all! been scrappin things for awhile, cars/parts, electric motors, small engines, etc. , But looking to break into the Eeeelectronics a bit. I hope I can begin by learning to identify the components by name first of all..:P Glad that I found your forum.

the main page has a long line of different categories, each category has a long line of threads in that category, not real complicated actually.
At the top of each list in a category you'll see threads marked as "stickies", they stay at the top in that category due to being felt it was an exceptional thread pertaining to that category

thanks bear I'm familiar with forums, but that isn't the 'complicated' pert I wa thinking of. It's more associated with my 'puter part illiteracy I reckon. ie..inductors, diodes, ics, etc etc..green boards, ceramic this, gold that.. I'm just sooo confused..:P lol
