Hello,My name is Dane i'm new to the site but not to scrapping i have been scrapping on and off for the last 4 years with a friend of mine.The main things i look for are motors,transmissions,rotors,radiators and catalytic converters batteries and rims too.I have another hobby i like alot and have been doing on and off for 20 plus years as well and never thought of it as a good thing to scrap which is computers i can do it all from building them to using them to make web sites and of course meet new friends.Well me and my friend no longer work together as he cut me down to 2 days a week and i just cant make a living and with the economy in the shape it is things are tuff all over i remember back in the 7th grade my class was the first to use computer i excelled in the class and then started experimenting no better way to learn than hands on..I have a big heart and the prices most places charge it just crazy so i started my own small business and my rates are very affordable compared to the other 2 places because i cant see charging outrageous prices for doing some thing i like and it makes me feel good to know that im doing a good deed and helping those who cant afford it i make it possible..Well that is a bit about me i hope to get hints and tips and try to help those in need here as well if i can until then take care and be good to yourselves
