I just found this site today, I've been scrapping for a few years now here in southeast Iowa and have been able to learn quite a bit thus far (sometimes painfully), but I always look for more opportunities to learn more/ make more money, and help someone else along due to how much help I've been blessed with. Being a full-time student now, and with other jobs prior, scrap can be considered my hobby... it just happens to be a hobby that makes me money instead of costing all my money like most hobbies tend to do.

Much of my experience has been with ferrous scrap of various types and shapes, with a little aluminum, copper, and brass mixed in.
I love questions, I love asking them because I learn, I love getting them because I can help in some way and learn more through deeper thought and discussion.
