    Just learning about scrapping stuff

I work in the medical field in KC and was looking for a hobby. I have some experience buying and reselling things like books, but have not been very active in the last few years. Recently I got the bug and bought some "junk" on govdeals, I sold some via craigslist and ebay and have done OK but in the process I had an old camcorder and other stuff no one wanted and research indicated that no one would ever want, so I started wondering what else I could do with this stuff and started to read about scrapping. Every time I did a search about scrapping something, this site would show up, after spending a lot of time on this board I decided to join.

I want to thank all of you for openly sharing information about scrapping etc.

Look forward to learning more as time allows!

    Welcome

Without a doubt, you will learn from this group of people on this forum. We can all attest to that.

I have had similar experiences finding avenues of resale. Everything has value, you are only limited by your own creativity on profitable outcomes. I think you'll find part of the fun and reward is the challenges associated with a quest of re homing or recycling just about anything.
