    New member from Columbus, Ohio

    Hi everyone,

    I don't have a commercial business or anything like that. I joined the forum to get wisdom and tips form all of you great people about my old green bathtub that I want to get rid of. I'm pretty certain that its made of cast iron. I have no idea how to sell the tub or if there is a market for these circa 1950s green tubs. Any information or ideas that you all can give me is greatly appreciated.

    Doing a search on ebay.com, shows a few that sold for mid $$$ with a couple that sold for over $$$$

    Obviously dont know what condition yours is in of course, but cannot hurt to take a few photos and post a free auction up with local pickup and see how it goes. Another option is sell it via craigslist.org

    There are some salvage companies that might buy it and then flip it to a buyer for a profit, but I personally dont know of any. Wish you the best with it.
