Hello. My name is. Rick Smiley. I am 33 and a good friend of mine and I have just decided we are going to start scrapping! I recently lost my job of 11 years, and since my friend and I are very intelligent on the "ways things work" and looking outside the box, we decided we wanted to look into other methods of making money (than working for the "man") and scrapping seemed to be something we both were interested in. We have yet to do our first scrap trip, but are in the research phase now. I will provide pics and info of anything I encounter and will try to keep a diary on this site of what we have accomplished. I look forward to interacting with many of you!
