You may be able to sell your parts to a Chinese vendor ( a lot of countries require extensive paperwork ) ... as far as exotic metals ? Google doesn't show anything in Vietnam, again you may have better luck selling in China.
I'm sure jet engine parts are expensive but what about the ones that come from crashed planes that have been laying there since the Vietnam war. I can't imagine them being worth anything but scrap.
