New scrapper Grandma here

Got started scrapping when I got a new air conditioner unit and told the guys to leave me the old unit and copper tubing.
Now I want to scrap everything around the house that is useless, outdated, broked. So far I've taken apart 2 laptops, a printer, pressure washer, carpet cleaner, tv......lots of brass ornamental things.
Now I am trying to sort correctly. Getting confused about the difference in the aluminums, not sure about the brass objects, have a faucet assembly that I don't know what pile to put in.
The site has been great and an inspiration!
