Hi, I am the owner of a Stump Grinding Business. I am retiring from my regular job and plan to integrate scraping into my business. i have been scraping nonferious metals part time for 40 years, but not seriously. I interact with home owners and businesses regulary and intend to start asking if they have metal junk, trash, ect. This may panout or not, but I am going to give it a shot!

Welcome to the forums, from just south of you. Get ready for lots of competition though. Scrappers all over your area and yes my sandbar, so don't get any funny ideas.
Best advice..find a niche, and work it. Otherwise you'll be fighting the rest of the people from EC and from Currituck and my sandbar.
