    hello from Kentucky

Time to break the ice! I've been on here for ten months reading a.bout every thread I can. I have to say thanks first of all for all of the free knowledge you all have shared with me. Now on to my introduction. I am 36 and I've been a scrapper on and off since I bought my first truck when I was 17. I have had many jobs but I always come back to scrapping guess its in my blood. I recently acquired a mobile home transport. Business but its not going too well so im about to really start to go hard on scrap and e waste. I have 5 kids and tons of bills so I can't mess around. I also have the most wonderful supportive wife in the world! Now that I have started posting id imagine you all will get to know me better. I've tried to educate myself by reading your posts almost daily so if I ask a dumb newbee question please go easy on me. I just want to let you all know who I am and say thanks.

By take it easy you mean use the rubber hose instead of the 3 ft metal pipe we normally use?

Thanks for the welcome. I live in center ky (not the midde of the state that's the town). I grew up in nw indiana. Came down here in 2001 loved it and have been here ever since. Do I really have to get the rubber hose? That's what my wife uses to beat me when I spend all my money at farm auctions. Great now im too scared to ask anything. At least its not the cattle prod. That's what she uses to get me to clean up the yard when it gets full of junk cars.
