I'd suggest documenting everything, write it down, keep records, if you haven't been doing so, start now, writing down everything you can remember in detail. It could come to heads there where your only recourse will be a legal complaint/proceeding, and you'll need as much in writing along the way as you can get

he was kinda shocked when I presented it to em, he said, "umm okay Ill check if this matches what I got written down". lol

I hope you didn't let him take your only copy ; ) I also think he's already shown that he isn't going to do you right, and turning it over to someone else might be the best option from here on out.

Yeah I typed it out online & saved it in "word" program.
Now he's saying NEXT friday he can pay me lol..6 Fridays too late!
