    Introducing myself! New scrapper from Missouri

    My name is nick and i'm from columbia, MO. I work full time as a appliance installer/delivery. I often get to scrap junk appliances and have been using my off time to learn how to tear down various appliances. However I am starting to get involved with electronics and computer scrapping as well. It's a learning experience and that's why I decided to join this forum. Thanks for your time and I look forward to learning alot! Things i'm looking to learn are : descriptions and difference between metals and also different grades of copper/aluminum and brass etc.....and info on helpful places to look for scrap! Th

    Nick, take some time to do some reading and all the questions will be answered. Our members share their experiences on scrapping, tearing stuff down, good loads/bad loads, etc. Pick a different area to read about each eve. and pretty soon it'll be like a lightbulb just came on,,,,lol

    We even have some great buyers here that you can read their reviews and make an informed decision.
