    Hi everyone! Newbie here...:)

Stumbled across this site while asking about cast iron. So glad I did! I joined moments ago and look forward to tapping brains for wisdom and advice pertaining to all things scrap-metal-related.
I'm new to it all, been working this yard for about 4 months, learning a lot-who knew there was so much to metal? LOL I also happen to be the one and only woman in the yard. The guys have been great!
I'm looking forward to so much more....thanks again in advance for any help and/or advice you can share!

The best advice I can give you is just take some time to look around, pick a section that sounds interesting to you and go back thru all the old posts and read.
