    New Scrapper from Indiana

    Hello Everybody,

I have been interested in learning more about scrapping for a while... always wondered what "the deal" was....

I am in IT/Hosting and have 40-50 decommissioned servers and knew I could not just pitch them... so that started my YOU TUBE viewing... Needless to say, with all the info there, I have a new hobby....

I spent Saturday converting my 6x10 motorcycle trailer to my scrapping trailer with 3' sides now... and it is half full... dismantled a washer. I have half my servers decomissioned on there. Did 5 big laser printers Sunday. I have 2 mowers, 2 gas trimmers and a few other printers to tackle. Trying to see what in the servers guts I can still sell.. and what to scrap...

I will be honest... It is addicting. I have always been one to see the value in stuff... but now this takes it down to an entirely new granular level... I am learning a lot.. and I find it very relaxing dismantling things...

I have a lot to smooth out as it relates to sorting and storing stuff to do my best... but I am looking forward to my first trip to the yard....

    Thanks for having me!
    Jamie

It cost me about 15 years and a 1/4 mil to get this messed up! And I am NOT ... going to waste the investment!
