    Greetings All

Just thought I'd throw an introduction out there before I start posting on the forums. I'm an amateur scrapper from Edmonton, Alberta which is in western Canada. The area I live in is huge in construction and the oil industry so there is tons of scrap to be had and I got tired of throwing it out so I figured why not try and make money from it.

Anyways look forward to seeing you guys around.

Welcome to the forum. Read up on scrap carbide in case the drillers toss out their used bits. Mike

I will do that thanks Mike. I work as a general contractor and am finding I can make a lot of money on recycling what comes out on the jobs. Some of the sub trades are a bit annoyed at times with me cutting into their beer money but I find most electricians throw their wire out and other then the copper piping most plumbers throw everything out. Aluminum, computers and steel pretty much all goes into the trash.
