    Cool Newbie from Cali.

    Hello everyone, and thank you for the friendly invitation to join this forum! My name is Ray and I have been on board with a state licensed e-waste recycling company here in Southern California for about a year now. We are a small company, but we are growing. Thank you in advance for helping this newbie, and for the opportunity to do the same. Lets do this.
