    New member - real estate appraiser

    Hello, Forum
    I'm new to scrapping and the forum as I am a real estate appraiser. I joined because I am currently working on a valuation of land that has an old municipal water tank on it. I appreciated Patriot76 pictures and journey dismantling a similar property.
