scrap buyer here from cebu philippines

Hi scrap buyer here from Cebu, philippines

We started years ago and now we are expanding the scrap metal and recycling business in our province. I believe I'm the only here in the Philippines that seeks tips and clients online and landed in this forum. I enjoyed reading some personal experience from the people in the forum and hope to get tips from the reputable members here. :d

Hope you guys give me a warm welcome. If there is something I can do maybe you are also going here in Cebu Philippines, I'm the guy.

Welcome to the forum. I think you may be the first from there.

Welcome to the forum. I have been to Subic Bay several times for weeks at a time back in the 1980's. I am a retired US Marine. Your country is beautiful and the people very hard working from my point of view. How is the ewaste business in your area? Mike.

Scrap yards here aren't that hi tech though. there are few that transforms plastics into straws and some buys organic wastes and turn them into fertilizers. We often buy metal scraps in small scale and papers to recycle.

There are some recyclers that have wide yards so they can stock tons of waste though.

Yes lots of Americans like marrying filipina.

My place isn't affected really but the northern part of Cebu, particularly the bantayan island was devastated. I believe more than half of the resorts in the island are owned by Americans. Anyway, There are several people actually called me if I'd buy their tin roof but then I already have talked to someone two days after the typhoon hit the country. I'm going to use the tin roofs to rebuild my yard fence.

    Hi Cebu,

There are three Filipino women here locally who are married to American men. Their good work ethics, trust and integrity is always outstanding.
The next time I get married......(whoops; scrap that idea) No pun intended.

Send us some pics on here when you can. Very interesting.
