Hi my name is William. I'm a new e-waste scrapper. I'm in the Atlanta, Georgia metro area. I've switched my business from a convenience store jobber to e-waste scrapping so I can spend more time in Atlanta. I'm looking forward to participating on the forum and gaining knowledge as I move forward with this venture.

Welcome from the Dakota's. Not an escrapper but many on the forum are. They will point you in the right direction, provide you with insight, and provide contacts. I am not smart enough to do this, but the experts will have lots of information. Good luck.
Welcome to the forum from southern Minnesota. I'd start with the electronics threads you should be able to find a lot of answers to the questions you may have there. Though it takes time it will be worth it in the long run, there are almost 2k threads, numerous posts and lots of pictures that will help you along the way. Hear the weather has been interesting down there cold temps, snow, ice sounds like it has a lot of the city shut down. Just another winter day here in the upper Midwest. Good luck

I don't no anything about the business but I'm willing to put in the time to learn. I have no other options at present. I need to earn a living and I don't want to travel anymore. So scrapping is what I will do to maintain my independence and freedom.

Thanks Bejak, I've been reading through the posts and going on youtube to watch the video's. It's a lot to learn but I'm enjoying it. Second, the snow shut down the city of Atlanta. I've been in the house all day reading and learning as much as I can about e-waste. So it's been productive for me.
