Newbie from Southern Maine, anyone else from this area?

Hello everyone, I am not new to scrapping, but I am not a professional either. I am interested in learning more and actually trying to make a living scrapping and flipping items. I have a shop that I used in my previous business, but I had an injury that made me stop for a few years, now I don't have the funds to start doing it again. I figure this would be a good income after I figure things out. I am your typical jack of all trades, master of none. I look forward to discussions on this forum.

There are a few of us. I'm not southern but I get calls from southern Maine once in a while. I usually pass them along by asking if anyone here wants it.
People may laugh at me, but that's ok. I laugh all the way to the bank.

Mostly e-scrap but I just bought a hundred pounds of silver plated and copper items like plates and candle holders for $100. Should more the double that at the yard.

Not from Maine. Worked on a log cabin, outside Washington, Maine, in the 70s. Took baths in Crystal Lake. Got lobster off the boat in Portland. Hope that qualifies me to say...

    Welcome from Cincy, Ohio.

Welcome from ky. My wife is from bangor me. A few years ago we moved up to smithfield, where her dad lived when he passed. We stayed tthere for about 7 months, then moved to millinocket for about 4 months, them moved back to ky. I couldn't handle it anymore. Just last week my mother-in-law moved down here with us. She lived in bangor for years. So I guess u could say I have a few ties to maine. Don't plan on going back though...too much snow for me!!!
