That's what popped when I Googled it, is it like that?

An do you mean for scrap? Not trying to be funny, but you just asked for value. Value as scrap? Value as a resale?

Oh an welcome to the forums, from a sandbar off the coast of NC.

Check out craigslist or where im from its called kijiji. Or truck classifides. If found out that the value of things all depends on where you live.

For example im in Ontario Canada, and im lookin to buy a truck. The one I want here cost between 22-25k. Now shoot over to the west coast. Alberta and BC, Same truck, found one for 18k. 400 flight, 6-700 in fuel to drive home, 100 for food, truck would cost me 19,200 +/-. Saves me well over 2-5k. Well worth it for me to go out there and buy it.

Try and do a little diggin yourself, cause while it may be worth $xx here it could be worth $xxxx there. JMO

Edit: SirScrap, go back to bed. you're up way too early on a sunday. Makes me tired just reading the time stamp!
If I didn't have bad luck, I'd have no luck at all...

Thanks for the replies. The truck body looks like the white truck sirscrapalot posted. The entire bed is aluminum from the frame up and 15' long, I just assumed it would weigh atleast 2500 lb and that should make it worth $2000 plus. That's makes a really good deal on the truck. By the way- I dont scrap much but I definitely need to start in my own yard. Thanks for the site and responses!

Jord...back to bed? Ha ha! I was still up. Insomnia rears it's ugly head quite a bit in my world.

Good luck Colt, folks like Jord have a good idea of what their talking about. An..pulling that pic was fun, all the rest were either beer trucks, or water trucks. I would have put the beer truck, but I don't promote water in a glass bottle.
