Getting Back To My Recycling Roots

I probably spent more time scavenging for scrap metal & high value recyclable goods with my father in factory scrap yards than I spent In school. And it was really a great learning experience while playing hookie. Back in those days we just considered ourselves junk peddlers A'la Sanford and Son and even though we were pretty successful we just seen it as a stepping stone to more lucrative enterprises. I will always be grateful to my father who recently passed away for introducing me into this business. I know its changed a lot and this forum will be indispensable in getting back in the game. I want to get into buying and recycling junk cars for parts and scrap metal and any type of machinery/equipment/tooling that can be rebuilt or repurposed into high value assets. I have a lot to learn but I hope I might have some old school knowledge I can share with everybody also.
