    NuFuture Recycling!

Good Evening all! I have been browsing the forums for months now but decided to make an account now that I have decided this is more than just a hobby. I myself just learned of the value in scrap around Jan 1st this year (2014). After learning the value, and seeing how much is thrown out at work, I decided I needed to start snagging it. I have a 08 Chrylser Sebring... it can pull up to 1,500 pounds and I already had a hitch on it for my little boat. I found a 4x8 trailer for $200, re did the wood sides for $40, brought the first load to the scrap yard and got a check for $130 (Aluminum from old lights at work), and $80 for a ton of random transformers, ballasts, wire, etc. At that point I realized how MUCH $$ there was haha! I have made a few trips between now and then and have now paid the trailer off 10x over.... all for free so far!

I meddled with the idea of making an LLC for a while and decided what the hell.... tomorrow will never be today, so I Midas well make it happen today. Got some business cards, registered NuFuture, got a logo made, and polos ordered. I haven't done any sort of advertising, but the referrals seem to be generated from nowhere. People are excited that IM excited to take their junk! Next step is saving 2,500-3,000 for that first truck with 100,000k miles or so!

I have read many on this site in similar situations and wish you all the best! Every time I see a truck full of metal on the roads I cant help but smile HAHA!(Although at the DUMP today I wanted to cry at the amount of aluminum in the truck ahead of us!!Whole bed full of that Springy lookin aluminum ducting >.< )

Got the car/trailer ready for the scrap yard in the morning and then off to my first estate sale. I think I spotted a couple large spools of wire (50lbs+ per). I will update tomorrow if I end up buying anything.
