Excited to join

Hello! I've been "scrapping" for about 4 months and I've become a regular reader of the SMF, so I thought it was time that I joined. I worked the last 5 years as a process improvement consultant (I know ... "what?") and started recycling metals to generate cash flow when the business was down. I was amazed at how much was out there in my (relatively) small city of Lynchburg, Va. (pop. ~70,000). I've actually begun recycling metals on a full-time basis through my dba known as "Mark's Metal Recycling." God has blessed the business with continued growth. We've even served as the broker/middleman for jobs that were a little too big for us or required heavy equipment we didn't have. It's been a great ride so far and I'm thrilled to be on it. I look forward to learning volumes from this awesome forum.
