    Greetings from PA

    Hello, I am a fellow scrapper from suburban Philadelphia. My main gig is installation and repair of HVAC systems. Mostly I scrap the old units that I am replacing (boilers, furnaces, water heaters, a/c) but if anything catches my eye at the curb as I drive by I will pick it up! The most recent trip to the yard yielded me $350 (two rooftop a/c units). I come here to share stories, seek any tips/advice I can, and to pass the time.

    I'm originally from the other side of the state near Pittsburgh.

    I have a couple of Goodman Heating units that I might be scrapping in the next week. Any tips?
