Thumbs up I'm a European scrapper

    hello,

I'm a European metal scrapper, people call me Wally. I was in the metal recycling years ago but now I started it up as a hobby and make some money with it.

I'm in my fourties and I just like scrapping and fixing things. I work together with a friend of mine and we both love the job.

    greets,

    Wally

Welcome from the Dakota's across the pond. I hope you share some of the differences in the scrap metal business in Europe verses those in the U.S. Even across the country we have a wide variety of laws, strategies, and pricing structures. We do love pictures as well. Good luck to you.

Welcome to the forum. Which country are you located? If you put your country and even city and country in under your name you may find other members who live near by who may be able to help with local laws etc. Mike

    Gidday from NZ.

If you drilled a hole right thru the center of the earth.
You would probably come out somewhere near me.

You could grab some iron on the way through. Make sure your A/C is working, though!

    thanks for all the welcoming.

    I'm Belgian for those interested.
I'll check out some receipts and give you current prices.

Differences in the scrap business? I think it's really not that different from other countries or continents.

One difference between me and other scrappers. I have a colleague who gets the materials and I'm the cleaner. I sort the different things and take the stuff apart.
