Well I'm 30 years old and have an interesting background that prevents me from getting hired. I've always been into wandering around, dumpster diving, and finding things. It started in high school with selling library discarded books on ebay. I found that every so often, I'd get an old "antique" book that sold for 20 or 30 dollars. I'm great at finding money, some memorable moments are 960 dollars in an alley way and a 443 dollar casino voucher. I've furnished two apartments dumpster diving and had the occasional success flipping rescued items on craigslist. It wasn't until last year that I learned how to scrap while homeless and living in a condemned abandoned house. Anyways, I'd been workiing until I lost my job this june and have went full on curbco and dumpster diving. Made about 1500 dollars, found a 1000 dollar bike, working 22 rifle, and my dad's garage is overflowing with all kinds of tools and supplies that people have thrown out.

Can you put us back into 2014? I'm not ready to be old enough to still be alive in 2310.

An welcome the forums from a sandbar off the coast of NC. Could you tell us your location/state? Will help us help you out down the road if you ever ask about things in your area.

lol you obviously never watched the Ali G show... 2310 was his radio handle when he did the police academy segment.

I live in the greater Kansas City area.

I cant say I have. I apologize. I shall hand in my cool kids card later this evening.

I was hoping it'd be some crazy back to the future reference but I just couldn't make it work. /sigh

Ah well welcome again to the forums! Several members in or near your neck of the woods!
