Another Central NY eScrapper

I've been following this forum for a short time and thought I'd join up.

My "day" business has been providing technology solutions for small businesses. I stumbled upon ewaste recycling on YouTube and realized I was throwing away money. After a little Googling, I stumbled upon here and have been learning a lot in the last couple weeks.

I know what you mean, sledge. Every year I get older, I like the snow less and less. Both of us are small business owners so it's not like we can just walk away from it. Someday.

Welcome from another central New Yorker. Maybe we can compare notes, I am doing ewaste in a small way and would like to move some of it soon. some of it is too heavy to mail(lithium batteries etc) The closest buyer I know of is Rochester.

tdean, I'm just beginning at this myself. I've given too much away to our county which takes it for free not knowing the value of it before. I'm working on fixing that. Maybe we could all compare notes and work out cost-effective ways of getting our odd-lot stuff like your batteries to a recycler without being buried in costs.
