    Lightbulb SaveMyServer - Processor Recycling

Hi my name is Brad Anderson and I work for SaveMyServer. I am joining this forum because we recycle old servers and electronic scrap. Mostly, we repair and sell servers, but we recycle anything that can't be fixed. We have normal buyers for our boards and finger cards and the like, but we've had less interest in our processors. I figured that I would join Scrap Metal Forum and browse through the messages to see what other recyclers do with their processors.

    Welcome from central NY.

Reply to a few more threads so people can message you with info that they may not want to share openly. New members need a certain number of posts before they can do private messages.

These processors, I am assuming they are server processors that do not look like normal desktop processors? Those can be a little harder to value because not everyone handles them all day long. There are a few members on here that recycle large/old servers. I bet at least one of them will buy your scrap...it might be hard to find out who they sell to though.

If you message me when you have pm capabilities, I might even send you a list of people to talk to.
Currently looking for a job in or related to scrap/recycling. Relocation is possible for the right offer.
