I am just getting started in scrapping and needed a place to ask questions. I manage buildings for a living and see all this scrap metal going out into the dumpsters watching scrappers come and pick it out.
About 3 months ago we had a tenant who left without removing the Commutation wiring from the ceiling which is required in their lease. I was talking to My nephew and he told me I should pull the wire and scrap it. OK, I've been bitten! I took my wife's twin sister and her 2 teenage kids into my house after the 3rd failed marriage and 3 days from being locked out. So I need extra income and scrapping seems to be an answer!
