Hello from great britain

Hi everyone



Just thought I'd post a quick hello to all you scrappers. I'm from the UK, and have been involved in scrapping since I was a kid. I'm now 54 and still at it....... Have scrapped most things in my time, especially cars, but am always on the lookout for something new! With the country in the grip of a recession, scrap is now highly sought after, but it's still there if you look around.

I am finding the site really useful and it is interesting to see how scrapping is dealt with in the States. If anyone feels like chatting, please feel free to contact me via the site.
