Hi everyone, I am new to the site. I am not new to the world of scrapping. Just need advise sometimes. This looks like a great site and I am looking forward to exploring it.

Thanks for the welcome. I have a tote full of computer and old cell phone insides. Wondering the best place to sell it to. Any suggestions?

Welcome from the West Florida Republic. On selling, there is a buyers sellers section,
find it by going to the top left and click on scrap metal forum rectangle. It will take you to the index page click on buyers section. page will come up, click on computers and the e buyers will come up. look at them and the number of contacts will tell you where to sell. There are threads in the index that will tell you about any thing you need to know.
"anyone who thinks scrappin is easy money ain't doin it right!"

Welcome Debbie. Don't worry too much about double posting. It took me twenty minutes just to find the "thank you" button when I first joined.
They're good people but they will kill you if you don't read first. Kidding...(mostly)

Welcome Debbie as a frequent double poster, that still doesn't understand how it happens, don't sweat the small stuff! Buyers are here, but more important is all of the good people and information that is available. You need to really read the old post, not just saying it, because you will hear read over and over again. Those old post have good and valuable resources that will help you in a lot of ways, mostly prosper at this scrap business. Good luck to you and please stay around.

I do get some E-waste not a steady stream though I get PC's and monitors here and there from my office IT guys. I'm just collecting it till I pick a buyer on here and ship it to them. My main yard buys it but the prices are not good. The only think I take in to them now as e-waste is low/TV grade boards 0.05lb that's just to get them out of my way.

Just take a look in the buyers section and pick someone that has up to date prices. I have never heard of anyone having a issue with the buyers on here.

    Good Luck.
