I'm in need or at least desire some education in and around the metal scrapping industry. I certainly understand the basics of scrapping and recycling, I weld and make "things" for a living.
I'm a tremendous hack! An entrepreneur with several small businesses. I've spent the last 15 years pretty focused in the Outdoor Industry working with plastic product development. I have roughly 20-25 products in the Outdoor Industry right now. Several of my distribution partnerships consider me an Inventor for them. Product Development is my choice of term :-) Slowly over 15 years of plastic product development, my consciousness has evolved and I am greatly concerned with the amount of virgin plastic I personally am responsible for. Millions and millions of pieces. ****. With this said as I continue with the product development program, a new product direction is emerging using aluminum tapered tubing. Hence my introduction to the amazingly deep community. At first I will be posting inquiries into the recycled aluminum world.
