    College money with a plate of food

    Hi all, introducing my self here as RedGoldStar. At the current moment I am an aspiring metal scrapper with a lust for some extra revenue to feed my wandering mind and maybe eat some fine cuisine. My journey to this forum wasn't directive nor in directive but rather a combination of similar minds with a general thought about the possibilities and marvels of nonferrous and ferrous metals, terms I have yet to fully understand. Future plans are to learn as much about the sorting of different components for the best result and possibly the greatest profit margin on each pick or lot. My focus at the moment are in "e-scrap?" digital devices; monitors, laptops, desktops, printers, and other, of which I have little or no knowledge of its inners and outers other than using the devices for everyday tasks.

    That is all for now, happy scraping{

    Welcome from Maryland. Spend the next month or two researching old threads. Go to scrap yard ,observe how they have things separated, ask questions at the yard if they're not to busy. If your serious, and you aren't allergic to hard work, you'll make some $$$. Its like everything else in life you get back what you put in. Good luck!
