I can not tell you much but in my country is managed by a private scrap bulk and not organized either by the government, n My country is an archipelago so knowledge of the scrap including management uneven but that's where our business opportunities hahahha

Welcome to the forum. If you read a lot of the old threads you will learn much about how scrapping is done by others here in the U.S. and many other countries. I would think much of what has been written would be good information for you. You will have to adapt the techniques to fit your situation. I would guess that transportation will be a concern for you.
One of members lives on an island in, I think, Bermuda and he has to stockpile until he can do a shipping container. Best of luck, Mike.
