Scrapper Needed!!!! North Houston - The Woodlands, TX

I work for a company in the Woodlands, TX. We are looking for a reliable person or company that will come by when called and pick up our used batteries on average of twice a month. We have dealt with several people/companies and can never find anyone who is reliable and trustworthy. I work for a medical company, all batteries that are removed are of the exact same size and weight and are always clean. These batteries are all still technically good and are optimally charged when picked up, so you may can find another more profitable use for them other than scrapping. I have personally used them in riding lawnmowers and deer feeders and they work fantastic and hold a charge forever. We are in need of someone to pick up on average of 20-25 batteries twice per month.

Battery Details: 12V dry fit lead acid non-spillable.
    Batteries weigh 20 pounds each.
    Model # A512/25 G5

Let me know if you are interested and if you need any further information.

This must be by pick-up only, we have a lift and will help load.

I am interested. Are you looking for someone to purchase the batteries or are you just looking for someone that will be reliable and pick them up when called? Either way you can respond or private message or contact info.

Sorry, yes we are looking for someone who will purchase with cash on spot, at same time as pick up. We can discuss price over private message.

There is a minimum number of posts required before you are allowed to PM. The number required is not much and I believe it is ten or less that is required. Good luck, I think some one will be able to work out a deal with you. Thank you for joining the forum.

I have scraped some medical equipment and find some have high grade boards along with high percentages of SS and Al. Who ever you connect with may also be interested in recycling scrap medical equipment. Mike

Hey guys, thank you for your responses. Our battery guy finally showed back up today, claiming to have been in the hospital for the past week. Still not good business practice to not update your phone message or even let your corporate office know..... can't believe they didn't fire him. But, we are going to give him another shot because he has been solid and reliable over the past year.... I will post again in the future if things change or he doesn't continue to be reliable again.

Thank you all again. Good luck in your future endeavors and God bless.
