    Greetings from Sunny South Florida

    Hello SMF, I'm new to online forums so please bear with me. I currently work for a medium sized secondary metals dealer. We have 3 yards and 2 warehouses, and are the largest importer of industrial metals from Latina America & the Caribbean. My responsibility include purchasing and the day to day operations of the yard. My yard is the highest volume of our company. I have been a weighmaster for 5 years now, but in the industry for much longer. My previous employer is the largest buyer in New England with yards up and down the east coast.
    I have come to SMF to hopefully expand my knowledge of the materials as well as the industry as a whole. Hopefully I will be able to help you guys as much as y'all help me.

    Welcome from the other sunny state, So. Cali., I think you will find SMF both a place to learn and help others. Familiarize yourself with the forum by reading the old post. This will help you learn about whats been beat to death and what topics are of interest to you.
