    Just me

Small intro: living in the Fort Wayne area, been doing a bit of scrapping on and off over last year or so. I'm a little older, so I'm a bit more pragmatic. My take is there is so much stuff that can be recycled/re-purposed it's nauseating. I'm not into the tree-hugging, "save the world" deal. We're called to be good stewards of what we are given. That said, that's more why I'm wanting to scrap... get it where it can be of use again.

Welcome to SMF from the Dakota's. I admire your reason for scrapping. With the low prices now, I consider any money made as the environments way of saying thank you. It pays for the beer I drink while pursuing my hobby. Good luck and enjoy our little community.
Give back more to this world than we take.

TY all for the welcome! jimicrk: been a mix of things... iron/steel, alum, cans, copper wire. I have a 55-gal drum that's almost full of alum can right now. Wanting to do more with electronic (there's plenty out there... everything seems to have a board now days). Best score was 15 CRT monitors over a weekend. Still working on that..LOL

Welcome. My sis lives in FW and I live just south in Logansport. Welcome to the forum!
Determine never to be idle. No person will have occasion to complain of the want of time who never loses any. It is wonderful how much may be done if we are always doing.
